Rental Policy

  • Rental period is 4 days only.
  • Your item will be delivered on day 1 and will be picked up on day 4.
  • The driver will automatically come to you on the fourth day.
  • Rental is only available in Dubai and Sharjah.
  • Damaged items will be subject to a full price charge.
  • All rental dresses will be dry cleaned, ironed, and will be taken care of with love.

Company: when this policy mentions "Company," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Twisted Wardrobe, Dubai that is responsible for your information under this Exchange Policy.

Thanks for shopping at Twisted Wardrobe. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're purchasing our items. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Twisted Wardrobe. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Twisted Wardrobe, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Twisted Wardrobe's Privacy Policy. If there's something wrong with the product you bought (including size or fit), you will only be able to issue an exchange for the item.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to five working days depending on your location. Twisted Wardrobe is not responsible for exchange shipping costs. Every exchange shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place.

 

Exhange & Refund

We at Twisted Wardrobe commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. If you wish to exhange your item, send an email with the order ID to rayan@twisted-wardrobe.com.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit. Please note that Twisted Wardrobe is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care.

  • Refunds are only available within 2 days for any purchases.
  • Exchange should be within 5 days.
  • We accept exchanges of our products.

 

For International Orders:

Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch. Orders already In shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded. If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately. There may be occasions when Twisted Wardrobe confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Twisted Wardrobe will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes To Our Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
